Owned and operated by Alison Bowler, Alison has a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Naturopathy and is a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). As a Naturopath, Alison incorporates traditional and scientific evidence to allow the body’s innate ability to heal and bring back balance.

A naturopath aims to use as less intervention as possible whilst supporting the body on the path of recovery. Herbal medicine, dietary changes together with correcting nutritional deficiencies or excesses helps you to achieve a greater level of health.

Alison is a firm believer in prevention is better than cure meaning to maintain and look after your cells with food, less stress, exercise and supportive nutrients to avoid illness in the first place. If you do not have any existing symptoms a naturopathic consult will still help you to fine tune your overall health.
